The detection of FPC Connector products

The FPC Connector is an emerging technology developed in recent years. It is a more sophisticated electronic component produced from a flexible circuit board FPCB, and is currently undergoing further improvements to achieve higher precision, micro-miniaturization and high quality. The quality inspection technology for conventional FPC Connectors has been unable to meet product requirements such as increasing scale and improving product quality. Quality inspection guarantees improvement in product quality. It is only through precision quality inspection that products are developed according to market requirements. Many FPC Connector manufacturers have gradually shifted their attention from technical product content to improvement of quality testing methods. Efforts have been made to improve product quality, reduce rejection rate, and conduct continuous research and development of various optical testing equipment with high precision and high stability, so as to promote the development of FPC Connectors. In foreign countries and in Taiwan, there are two directions for detection. One is automatic optical detection mainly used for optical devices such as cameras, lenses, and LEDs to detect real-world images while the other is X-ray based detection, which is similar to naked-eye observations.
 
The detection of  FPC Connector products reflects the true state of the product. There is also an X-ray-based method for non-destructive testing, which is a new technology for high-resolution detection of internal structures. The main classifications are based on 2D detection and 3D detection, which have good performance and high resolution but are subject to manual intervention and are relatively slow. Hence, scientific enhancement is necessary to increase reliability and stability of detection, simplify steps and improve utilization. These detection methods are commonly used in the quality inspection of FPC Connectors, and are considered the benchmark for evaluating whether the quality is good or bad.
