In terms of market supply and demand, the price of connector products is relatively stable, but the business strategy of the connector suppliers and distributors has become more conservative. By increasing the number of orders and reducing the order quantity to avoid risks, the delivery time is shortened.
The quality of the connectors directly affects the user's willingness to continue to use the product, and it also affects the brand's reputation. The complicated production process includes many aspects, from product design, material selection, production, testing, packaging, storage to transportation. Every step needs to be strictly checked, any mistakes will directly or indirectly affect the quality of the connector.
As the core part of the entire interface, whether the connector's quality is up to standard or the performance is stable will both make the product's service lifespan and using experience challenging. Since connectors often require frequent insertion and extraction or long-term fixing, it is necessary to perform corresponding tests according to requirements in different connector fabrication. As far as the current situation is concerned, there is still much room for improvement in our design and processing techniques. Meanwhile, we can reduce the defective rate by updating the production equipment and optimizing the original design, and consequently improve the overall quality of the connectors. In terms of daily management, connector suppliers must strictly perform quality control in raw material procurement, production and processing, quality inspection, etc. Providing professional training programs for actual operators, cultivating their sense of responsibility, and implementing control at all levels to ensure the excellent quality of the products that are delivered in to the hands of the customers are key measures that suppliers must conduct.
