But since these are small manufacturers, most of the connectors they produce are less technical components and are focused on labor-intensive products such as harnesses, end-use parts, micro switches and other small components.

Penetrating the high-end connector market is also one of the main objectives of Chinese connector manufacturers. In addition learning foreign technologies, Chinese connector companies should also strive to cultivate the technical standards of their staff to improve the quality of their workers. Because mainland China has a relatively large population base, it has an abundant labor force. For this reason, the education level in China is low compared to other countries, so there is a need to improve the quality of its labor force. Since core technologies have been widely used in connector production, innovation has become a key to technological advancement.
