We will discuss the characteristics of the FPC connector in detail, which are significantly related to the product’s practical uses. FPC is a high-tech, cutting edge connector and its characteristics are discussed below in terms of the manufacturing aspect.

What are its main characteristics?
1. Simplified wiring system:  The FPC connector makes wiring very easy and convenient in everyday life.  It is one of the most common connectors on the market.
2. Manpower-saving. FPC connectors are processed through an automated manufacturing system and require very little manpower; thus lowering HR costs which results in higher profits.
3. Micro, precise, high-density manufacturing. FPC connectors are mostly used in electronics, where smaller is better and higher density improves  capabilities in somefor architectural or underwater applications that require endurance to high pressure, which is a characteristic of the FPC connector.
4. Good endurance, flexible application and foldable. The FPC connector is able to adapt to different fields involving soft texture because of its outer complex.
5. Easy wiring system. As mentioned above, wiring is difficult with small connectors, but not with FPC connectors. Once FPC connector production becomes easy, the cost would be reduced as well.

FPC connectors can be customized for certain projects. Clients can choose from a 0.3cm to 2.45cm gap between wires or a wire length ranging from 15mm to ANY size. There are also several wiring types to choose from; e.g., A, B, C….K, etc., as well as materials such as copper, aluminum, conductive fabric, etc. for specific uses or special field applications. The choice of material would largely depend on whether the FPC connector could function properly or
